Airmic is the association for everyone who has a responsibility for risk management or insurance in their organisation.

The challenge:

Airmic organises up to 60 events a year which includes a three day Annual Conference, a one day ERM Forum, a one day FastTrack Forum, as well as training academies, roundtables, webinars and an Annual Dinner.

These activities require print and digital materials that use a variety of different designs. These are then used for event websites, digital displays and print media.

The approach:

With our experience of working with event companies we are proactive in suggesting concepts and ideas to support a fast-moving calendar. For each event, the design brief is reviewed and the key themes to be covered are discussed.

Conference visuals are then developed and the preferred options iterated and refined until the chosen design for the event is agreed.

The solution:

Most event designs start with a simple poster to illustrate to concept and themes. This is then expanded in order to produce delegate brochures, branded signage and training packs.

We also produce event websites and micro-sites, taking the event design online.

The result:

By handling both print and digital tasks, we can ensure consistency and quality are maintained across a campaign. Working directly with the client leads to greater understanding and ease of communications.
