The activation of the VCMS involves the following four elements
We agree editorial guidelines in terms of the themes and topics. This includes the amount of minutes to produce, the production style to use and how it sits within a monthly publishing calendar.
The content is produced either in-house, by an external production company /videographer. All content conforms to agree brand guidelines.
As per the publishing calendar, the content is published across the agreed channels. It is optimised for best results.
We monitor and measure the effectiveness of the content with previously agreed measurement criteria. This helps to ensure we ’retain’ viewers.
Once the Activate stage is complete we look for the opportunity to Migrate.
These four criteria determine whether our video content is working.
We activate the VCMS in terms of content production, post-production, channel distribution, frequency and measurement.
